RPi - NOOBS isnt detected by RPi

0

I have downloaded NooBs from the rpi site, formatted the SD card to FAT32 (32Gb Card). I have followed the instructions from the Site on how to install the NooBs, but the Rpi doesn't seem to detect the OS. The LED is only red. No blinking whatsoever. I have tried downloading noobs for the 3rd time, thinking that it might be corrupted while downloading, but still no progress. Am i missing something?

Any help is appreciated.

Edit:
RPi model = B+
Image = NOOBS 3.0.0
