Drupal does not load JavaScript widget
I am using the following widget provided by Booking.com affiliate program at Drupal 8 single basic page as full_html, which used to load ok until recently. The link shown in the code below is of course visible but the JavaScript seems not to load and does not replace the content as suggested. Tried different browsers too.

I tested the widget on drupal 7 and another drupal 8 installation, it loads ok so this isolate the issue to the particular drupal 8 installation. I suspected a file permission so I executed recommended drush 8 fix-permission script, which did not help the issue.
Also tried to disable mod security, clearing all caches, disabling js and css aggregation, no avail.
That leaves me with a conclusion the issue is in MySQL database, so what I tried is to repair and optimised all tables in phpmyadmin, no luck.
Any suggestions will be hugely appreciated

More puzzling, as similar JavaScript from Amazon affiliate loads ok, and on the same page.
UPDATE 2:
The issue had resolved it self after three days of excruciating pain trying to understand the root problem, trying virtually everything. This leads me to conclude that it could have been a chache issue, but do not see how as I have cleared all my chaches so many times, including drupal, dns and browsers.
