Turn off screen with a hotkey and enable back ONLY
A very long time I remember I found a small program that does exactly that. I.e., you press a hotkey and one's screen/screens all turn off, and the only way you can enable them back on, is by pressing the set hotkey again. I forgot it's name and couldn't find it even after vehemnt googling, so... hope someone has any feedback on this.
