Proper redirect/“Bounce” feature in Outlook with verbatim recipient headers?
I am used to the bounce feature from mutt (using the "b" command) and Mozilla Thunderbird (via the "Mail redirect" add-on). I couldn't find an equivalent in the Outlook that is part of Office 2016.
The "bounce" feature from mutt sends a verbatim copy of a message to alternative addresses as if they were the message's original recipients specified in the Bcc header.
I found the "resend" Outlook feature, however it changes the "To" mail header field so the new recipient will not see the original list of recipients.
Is there a way to do it with Outlook the way that mutt and Thunderbird (with the add-on) do it?

I am afraid there is no such a feature in Outlook. You may need to look for some VBA solutions instead.
