Shortcuts defined to open a program not react immediately after login in Xubuntu 16.04.5
I don't know if this behavior is normal, when I start my laptop then every thing is loaded (desktop, panels, wifi connection and so on) then I type a shortcut to open for example mousepad(Alt+m) it doesn't open, I have to wait 3 or 4 seconds then type this shortcut again to open a program. The same behavior when I logout and login again. Can improve this waiting time?
