MySql Workbench - The menu doesn't display properly

As the picture, I have no idea why the menu display like that.
OS: windows 7 64bit SP1
Language: Traditional Chinese(Taiwan)
Workbench version: 8.0.13
Edit --> preference --> appearance --> font --> default(western)
I try to remove and reinstall several time but it still shows mojibake.
Can you find anything wrong or any solution to fix this?
