Removing “drivers” for just one USB slot in Windows 10

0

I'm sorry if the question is straight up stupid... I did my best to formulate it somewhat coherent. There is TLDR version at the end.

The issue:
I have Logitech G933 headset. It's virtual surround 7.1 and wireless. It has the USB dongle to connect it and a charging USB cable. Today I turned on AC: Odyssey and I noticed that only left and right channel work, no matter what the settings. I used the logitech software to use 7.1 dolby, 7.1 dts, and stereo. Even that didn't help. The game still treated it like a 7.1, but only gave sound to left and right channel, meaning I still lose all the other channels.

I did firmware reset, reboots, and reinstalled the drivers - and even tried the early access ones. What helped was... switching the USB port.

Now, more explanation. I'm on a laptop with USB 3.0 ports. I also use an external thing by roccat with 4 ports (They are USB 2.0 from what I found). So I thought that must be the issue... after testing all the ports, turns out that even the other free ports in that device work PERFECTLY.

What I'm thinking now is:
whenever I put a new device in any USB port, it has to install (or at least find) the driveres for that device. If I attach the same thing to another USB port, it does the same. Is it possible that the drivers got messed up only for that one single port? If yes, I'm afraid that eventually all of them will go bad. How do I fix that?

I would like to uninstall the headset drivers only for that one USB slot without messing anything else up. How would I do that, how do I find the specific slot in device manager etc?

TLDR:
Is it possible to "reset" the memory and the drivers for a specific device or a slot in windows 10?

Again, I apologize if my terminology is, simply speaking, stupid.
