My computer makes the following noise on shutdown

When I shutdown my computer, right before it powers off, it makes the following noise:
(careful, somewhat loud)

Sometimes noises like that can be caused by when a key is being held down.

Try shutting it by pressing Windows key and R, typing shutdown /s /t 9 and pressing Enter. Take your hands off the keyboard. The PC should shut down, quietly after 9 seconds (to be sure there are no key-presses).
