Win 10: weird RAM usage numbers

After I upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7, my system has been having a problem, with high RAM usage. I have been trying to track down the reason, but I really don't seem to find any memory leakage or anything, just a ton of background processes. I have an 8 GB RAM which I think by today standard may not be enough for my intensive RAM usage work, but all of them is only around 4gb.
But when adding up the background stuff. It jumps up to 7.5gb!
As you can see, everything looks really normal, non-page pool number looks pretty decent.
But I went to resource monitor, copied the list and pasted into Excel to add them up and everything is just only around 6.5gb. I cannot determine the difference between Task Manager and Resource Monitor.
I'm no expert in this, and I hope someone is able to explain what is going on, like is there any abnormality with my pc or it's just simply 8gb is not enough for my usage? I'm asking this because I'm afraid the issue would remain the same after I go and upgrade my RAM to 16gb like it's still around 90% RAM usage and has like 12gb worth of background processes.

Task Manager does not provide the necessary information to determine the cause of this behavior. Please provide the relevant information from RAMMap instead. Please provide this information, as an edit to your question, instead of submitting a comment.

Forget all the research and numbers and graphs. Is your machine running slow?
