create an http link from a remote source
I have a file on my C local drive. I would like to create a link in the format http://www.xyz to pull this file from my local drive. It is because one of the websites only allow reading the file if taken from a remote source (http). is it possible?
I don't want to pay hosting companies just for this small task. I tried adding the file to google drive and created a shareable link, but that did not work.
