Disk reporting incorrect amount, and won't initialize

Sup

Currently troubleshooting why this 500 GB WD Blue Sata HDD that is not displaying correct in disk management, it's displaying 928.00 GB as if it was once in a raid 0 array with another drive. I've tried initializing it to erase and re-partition, but am receiving this error message after I hit initialize.

"The system cannot find the file specified."

I then tried to go into CMD as an admin, selecting the disk in diskpart, and cleaning it, then going 'create partition primary', but get the exact same error as before.

Looking for any help or suggestions to get this disk to the correct 500.00 GB and with a new clean partition. Thanks.
