Only in 30 minutes when gaming, my laptop is having a high temperature and fps drop immediately. I just got this notebook (acer swift 3) last month though.
My notebook spec:
screen size: 35.6 cm (14");
Intel I7-8550U;
8gb of ram;
Geforce MX150 2GB (dedicated)

Please provide specifics about your laptop (CPU, screen size, etc.) if you just got the laptop last month, then you should not even consider opening the laptop up without at least first contacting the manufacturer about the issue and warranty repairs.

Contact the seller or the manufacturer absolutely, even if you are running something requiring tons of computing power it should not have severe heating dispersion problems if it's only a month old. Have you tried measuring the core temperature with a small software to have an idea of the value ?
