How to save cache of a specific website in Chrome

I have been trying to save cache of a specific site while clearing cache for all others in Chrome.

The problem I have been facing is, I login to an account for example say Gmail.com that has multiples accounts that I already signed into. Now, when I clear the cache, all these multiple accounts that I earlier signed into are gone. The same is the problem with AWS cross account access roles. We have cross account access roles setup to access multiple accounts from a single aws account but the problem is, when we clear the cache, we need to manually call the role again.

So, I'm checking if there is a way to save cache of certain websites and save cache of those specific sites even when I use the default chrome options to clear cache.
