I have a workstation which don't want to authenticate on my network. I get error message as below in event viewer.
ErrorInformation

It is configured with EAP-TLS as picture below.
enter image description hereenter image description hereenter image description here

I have several workstation which work fine with above settings. These workstation have a setup there they are added in a specific group in our domain for be populated in a desire LAN in the network. And for me it looks like I have configure correctly in the domain as well.

I have tried to regenerate a new certificate in Microsoft Management Console and it seems to work fine. Though I still get the same error message in event viewer.

I imagine it some trouble locally on this computer, since the information message indicate that it suspended on this network adapter. Would be really grateful for some guidelines for how to troubleshoot or solve this issues.

  • Which Windows version on this workstation? Are other computers having the same problem, and if not what is the difference. Some info about your environment would be useful.

  • It is a Dell Precision Tower 7810 windows 7 machine my organisation has around 10 of them. Have not seen it on any other computers yet. Just now I do not see any difference between my working computers and this one. How to compare these computers? Tell me which info you wish to have and I will gather it.

  • If you have about 10 identical machines, identical on hardware and software, then the difference might be a hardware problem. Try maybe another wifi adapter.
