Recently Used APPs (NOT Items) in Win10 Start Menu
How can I show a list of Recently Used APPs in Win10 Start Menu? Note that I want APPs, NOT 'Recent Items' (which shows only files/folders), nor 'Most Used' apps. Thanks.

Thanks, but I looked at those answers before posting my question and none of them work: they either result in 'most USED apps' (not 'most RECENTLY used apps'), or 'most recent files/folders' (not apps).

Is in Settings > Peronalization > Start the item Show recently opened items in Jump Lists on Start or the taskbar is enabled?

Thanks but this shows only recently opened folders/files, not recently used apps.

Then the answer is negative - not possible. A Start Menu replacement might do better. Please start a comment with name of the person you are addressing like@harrymc:.
