My Windows 7 x64 PC won't display Cyrillic Characters
I have a Windows 7 Professional 64-bit computer. When I try to show certain Cyrillic Unicode characters, specifically Cyrillic characters like Ꙅ(U+A644),Ꙉ(U+A648),Ꙇ(U+A646),Ꚃ(U+A682), or Ꙁ(U+A640). They just show up as the normal box that occurs when the computer cannot display the symbol.
The thing is, is that on another computer that had the EXACT SAME version of Windows 7, and the EXACT SAME symbols showed up just fine, without a problem!
I'm using the Segoe UI font, which worked on the other PC as well. These symbols won't display anywhere, not just in my main system. It won't display in any common browser; Chrome, the lot. This is really getting me irritated because I know the system can display the characters, but it just isn't.
I've tried all types of fonts. Arial Unicode MS, Segoe UI, Symbola. Nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any idea why this whole thing might be happening?

Can you add the Unicode character codes for these symbols? And can you find then in Character Map (All Programs --> Accessories --> System Tools)?

They're all in 'Cyrillic Extended-B' A640 - but I'm on Mac & no idea which Language Pack that would be for Win 7.

How about in Explorer (in a file name for example)? And if you copy from Character Map, can you paste any of them properly anywhere? I presume "anywhere" is all applications including Notepad?
