Forwarding DNS requests to Host machine
I have VMWare Workstation set up running Windows Server 2016. The virtual NIC within the VM is set to have the primary DNS server as 127.0.0.1. I have Internet access on this machine and can ping outside IP addresses just fine. However, how can I tell the DNS server to send requests for non-local addresses to the host machine. In other words I think I want the DNS server to send all web requests to 192.168.0.2 (this is the address of the VMWare Gateway). Thanks!
