Win7 - Ubuntu dual boot

I have been struggling for a day recovering my Windows' boot after installing Kubuntu 18.04 LTS. Here is the information from sudo fdisk -l:

Disk /dev/sda: 223.6 GiB, 240057409536 bytes, 468862128 sectors
Units: sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
Disklabel type: dos
Disk identifier: 0x8af193f7

Device Boot Start End Sectors Size Id Type
/dev/sda1 2048 167938047 167936000 80.1G 7 HPFS/NTFS/exFAT
/dev/sda2 167938048 259144879 91206832 43.5G 7 HPFS/NTFS/exFAT

/dev/sda5 260147200 468860927 208713728 99.5G 83 Linux

Disk /dev/sdb: 1.8 TiB, 2000398934016 bytes, 3907029168 sectors
Units: sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 4096 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 4096 bytes / 4096 bytes
Disklabel type: dos
Disk identifier: 0x22a7528f

Device Boot Start End Sectors Size Id Type
/dev/sdb1 61 3907028991 3907028931 1.8T f W95 Ext'd (LBA)
/dev/sdb5 63 421529534 421529472 201G 7 HPFS/NTFS/exFAT
/dev/sdb6 421529598 2164292864 1742763267 831G 7 HPFS/NTFS/exFAT
/dev/sdb7 2164292928 2858452991 694160064 331G 7 HPFS/NTFS/exFAT
/dev/sdb8 2858455040 3907028991 1048573952 500G 83 Linux

Partition 1 does not start on physical sector boundary.
Partition 5 does not start on physical sector boundary.
Partition 6 does not start on physical sector boundary.

It seems that I made a big mistake by having created an EFI partition for the Linux system. The Windows boot used to be in the /dev/sda1 but is no longer accessible from Linux (with a file explorer). So does anyone have any idea about how to fix this? Deeply appreciated.
