Image not receiving with IP messenger
In my office we are using Ip messenger for conversation. One of my friend did something (that he dont remember what it is..) and now he can not send or receive images.
As you can see there is a pink mark beside his name, and after some search I found that it means that block sending images.
He tried uninstalling and installing the app several times, but the issue remains.
How to change this into the normal?

Have you checked with the developer? Who publishes this software? Does your office have IT staff? If we don't know what your friend did, we cannot really be sure what to do to repair things.
