How to recover apparently dead Bios?

I have an Asus laptop with TPM module. I wanted to install another OS on it but didn't want to disable Secure Boot so I went into secure boot key management and using that menu set a new key on authorized keys. Basically I added my USB flash drives EFI boot file to the public keys in that list. I saved and restarted and nothing happened, It remained on black screen. I tore up my laptop and took out CMOS battery and battery pack and it still didn't solve my problem. No key combinations work. Also tried external monitor and still nothing. The computer turns on and fans are working and I hear the hard disk but nothing else.
Is this a TPM issue? or do I need to reflash the whole BIOS?
