Whatsapp shows rich link preview only on some facebook profiles [closed]

Both on the web whatsapp and phone android app for one profile it shows my the rich link preview when I'm sending it but for another profile it doesn't.
They are both public profiles and I'm not a friend of neither. I waited more then a minute to let the second one load before I sent but it doesn't. The first one loaded after waiting for 3 seconds.
Anyone knows why it happens or how to fix it?
