firebase updateMail change provider from email to anonymous when reset password from email
I am working in angular 7 and firebase firestore. I sent an email to reset my password then switch the email using auth.currentUser.updateEmail(newEmail) then changed the password using the email sent. Firebase Authentication changed the provider from email to anonymous.
I use the user UID extensively throughout my app and need to assign an email to the anonymous record.
Anybody has an idea how that could be done?
