How to allow inbound connections for Bitcoin full node

0

I have dynamic public IP address which is 178.1.... and I have local IP address (router) which is 192.1...

I indicated DHCP static address in the router as in the suggestion on bitcoincore.org

I have a HUAWEI router and indicated 8333-8333 port for external and internal the same, 8333-8333 range.

I still dont have inbound conections, only outbound ones (In-0/Out-8)

Firewall Windows 10 incoming connections are allowed.

Please Help.
