Can I turn on my laptop after a force shutdown without disconnecting battery? [closed]

I use an Asus ux501 running windows 10. Ever since I bought it, there has been a recurring issue where everything freezes except the cursor but clicking does nothing. Even Ctrl+Alt+Delete does not work. So I have no choice but to force shutdown.
When I press the power button, the laptop does not turn on. I read online that I had to disconnect the sealed battery and reconnect it. Luckily, it worked just that it took a fraction of a second longer to turn on.
Because the freezing issue happens a lot I have had to do this at least once a week, sometimes everyday. I still do not know what causes it neither have I found others with the same issue.
After further analysis, I realized that the startup issue happens whenever it is force shutdown, not only when it freezes. All laptops I have had before did not need to have their batteries removed after a force shutdown so this behavior is very odd to me
What I really need to know is if there is any other way to turn on the laptop after a force shutdown without opening the entire bottom and disconnecting the battery?
