One PC can't print over Ethernet (can use Wi-Fi); other PC can use either wire or wireless
Both of our office printers are Wi-Fi capable.
All of our office computers print fine to them over Wi-Fi.
Two of our PCs (both running Windows 10) have access to an Ethernet cable
(my PC and our reservations PC).
Here's the issue: over wired Ethernet, my computer can still print to both printers, but the reservations PC can't.
It gets a printer offline error whenever it tries to print. Any ideas?
I know some of you will say to just use the Wi-Fi connection and you'll be fine, and we could. But, we have a 4G connection as a backup in case the Internet goes down, but it requires a wired connection. (I know... weird, but it's Comcast so... you know.)

From cheapest to more expensive: Ethernet connection disabled in system properties? The reservations pc has no access via the ethernet router? Faulty ethernet cable? Faulty ethernet connection on the motherboard?

The computer has internet access over both wired and wireless connection. No difference. The only difference is that the printer shows offline when the PC is on a wired connection.
