How do you set up Miracast between two devices connected via ethernet (shared network connection)?
In locations without a WiFi Network or LAN ports i'd like to use my Surface Go as an external screen for my Notebook. Miracast over Wifi and over LAN (both devices connected to the same network, for the surface using a USB-C to ethernet adapter) both work.
When i set up a shared internet connection so that the Surface Go accesses the Notebook's WiFi connection however, my Notebook can't find the device with the rest environment being the same (both plugged in, networks private etc.).
The shared connection on the Notebook always shows up as an unidentified Network, without an option to switch it to private.
How can i make the Surface discoverable for the Notebook?
