How can I disable paid features in Adobe Reader DC without also disabling access to the Document Cloud?

0

I Adobe Reader DC, there is this list of tools:

enter image description here

Unfortunately, many of these tools are paid, so I consider them little more than ads. The "Comment" tool, however, is crucial for my work. So I do not want to simply hide the tool bar - I would like just to disable the paid tools such as Export PDF, Create PDF, Organize Pages.

This can be done using this registry hack, for example:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREPoliciesAdobeAcrobat ReaderDCFeatureLockDowncServicesbUpdater = 0x00000000

Source: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Wizard/WizardDC/online.html

This is used to "Disable all services". However, I have come to like the Document Cloud (for reasons of quickly switching from Desktop to Mobile when commenting a long pdf), that is disabled, too.

What other option do I have to disable paid features while keeping Document Cloud accessible? I have tried

HKLMSOFTWAREPoliciesAdobe\FeatureLockdownbAcroSuppressUpsell = 0x00000001

but this does not seem to have an effect.
