In The Crimes of Grindelwald, why is Dumbledore wearing Muggle clothing?

In Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald , Dumbledore is clearly seen wearing Muggle clothing: Why? Why wouldn't he wear robes instead, like all wizards; particularly one of his stature?
